1) Who we are
Synconomy (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the dashboard and a Discord bot that powers virtual economy features, community events, mini-games, and moderation tools.
Controller/contact: Synconomy, Digital services — Israel • SynconomyHQ@gmail.com
2) Information we collect
A. You provide directly
- Support contact details (email, Discord handle), bug reports, feedback.
- Server configuration you set in the dashboard (feature toggles, economy settings).
B. From Discord (when you add the bot or log in with Discord)
- Discord account basics: user ID, username, avatar, and (if provided by Discord) discriminator.
- Guild (server) data relevant to the bot: guild ID, channel IDs the bot can read, member roles/permissions needed to run features, event payloads the bot receives.
- Interaction data: commands you run, feature usage events, in-bot economy balances and transaction history.
C. Automatic logs on the dashboard
- Basic device/usage data: IP address, user-agent, timestamps, and pages/actions for security and diagnostics.
- Cookies or local storage for session and preferences (no cross-site ad tracking).
We do not read your DMs.
We do not sell personal data.
We do not share for targeted ads.
Sensitive data We do not collect special/sensitive categories (e.g., health, religion, biometric templates).
Payments If you purchase premium, payment details are handled by our payment processor PayPal. We receive non-card metadata (e.g., transaction ID, status) to provision benefits; we do not store full card numbers.
3) How we use information
- Provide and operate the bot and dashboard features you request.
- Maintain fair gameplay and prevent fraud/abuse (e.g., anti-spam, economy exploit checks).
- Customize and improve features, stability, and performance.
- Communicate with you about updates, security, and support.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and community rules.
4) Legal bases (EU/UK GDPR)
- Performance of contract — to run the bot/dashboard you asked us to use.
- Legitimate interests — keep services secure, prevent abuse, improve features (balanced against your rights).
- Consent — where required, e.g., optional cookies or specific integrations; you may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws and requests from authorities.
5) When we share information
- Service providers — cloud hosting, databases, logging/monitoring, email support. They may only process data on our instructions.
- Payments — PayPal, our payment processor, for premium purchases.
- Compliance & safety — to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse, or defend legal claims.
- Business transfers — if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6) Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above:
- Discord identifiers and economy data: kept while your server uses Synconomy. On removal, we aim to purge associated runtime data within [30–60 days].
- Server configuration/backups: retained for continuity; backups roll off after [90 days].
- Security and access logs (dashboard): typically [30 days], unless needed to investigate abuse or legal issues.
You can request deletion of account-linked data (see Your rights).
7) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures: access controls, least-privilege credentials, HTTPS in transit, encryption at rest where supported by our providers, audit logging, and regular backups. No system is 100% secure; report concerns to SynconomyHQ@gmail.com.
8) Children
Our Services are for users 13+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 used our Services, contact us and we will remove related data.
9) Your privacy rights
Your rights depend on your location. Subject to limits in law, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Receive a portable copy of information you provided.
How to exercise Email SynconomyHQ@gmail.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity and Discord account ID.
EU/UK/Swiss users can also complain to their data protection authority. US state laws may provide additional rights; we do not sell or share data for targeted ads.
10) Social logins (Discord)
When you log in to the dashboard with Discord or add the bot to a server, Discord provides us the scoped data needed to authenticate you and operate features (see Information we collect). Use Discord’s own settings to control what you share with apps.
We access guild content only within the permissions you grant and only for features you enable. We do not read or store direct messages.
11) Cookies & global privacy signals
- We use essential/session cookies and local storage for authentication and preferences.
- We do not use cross-site advertising cookies.
- Do-Not-Track (DNT): there’s no current industry standard; we don’t respond to DNT signals, but we already avoid ad tracking.
12) International transfers
Our infrastructure is primarily hosted in Israel (and may rely on providers in other countries). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
13) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. We’ll post updates here and announce material changes in our official Discord server and/or via bot announcements at least 7 days before they take effect, unless the change is required sooner by law.
