Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Synconomy Discord bot and dashboard.

1) Agreement to Terms

By using the Synconomy Discord bot, dashboard, or related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We announce material updates in our Discord support server and/or via bot notices at least 7 days before they take effect (unless required sooner by law).

2) Eligibility

The Services are for users aged 13+ and require adherence to Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you must have parental consent.

3) Our Services

Synconomy provides interactive economy features, mini-games, community tools, and moderation aides for Discord servers, plus a web dashboard for configuration and analytics.

Access from locations where the Services are unlawful is at your own initiative; you are responsible for local compliance. The Services are not designed for regulated industries (e.g., HIPAA/GLBA/FISMA).

4) Intellectual Property

Our content

We own (or license) the software, code, designs, graphics, and marks used in the Services (“Content” and “Marks”). They are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and, where enabled, download/print materials for personal or internal server use.

You may not copy, redistribute, or exploit the Content or Marks without prior written permission.

Your submissions

Feedback you provide (ideas, suggestions) may be used by us without obligation to you. You are responsible for any content you provide and must ensure you have the rights to share it.

5) Prohibited Activities

  • Breaking Discord’s Terms or using the Services to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
  • Exploiting, automating, or manipulating economy systems; bypassing rate-limits or protections.
  • Reverse-engineering, scraping, mining, or bulk collecting data without permission.
  • Uploading malware, disrupting servers, or attempting unauthorized access.
  • Illegal use, commercial resale, or competitive misuse of the Services.

6) Premium & Subscriptions

Delivery. Premium is granted via keys or server/user entitlements (tiers such as pro or ultra) for a set duration.

Renewal. Premium does not auto-renew. We may notify you in Discord or via email before expiry; you can renew through the dashboard or an approved seller.

Cancellation. Contact us in Discord or at SynconomyHQ@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid term. Keys already redeemed are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Fee changes. Prices may change; we’ll communicate changes in accordance with applicable law.

7) User Contributions

Where the Services allow uploads or inputs (e.g., names, settings, images), you confirm you have the rights to that material and that it complies with these Terms and the law.

8) Service Management

We may monitor, restrict, or remove content; throttle or suspend functionality; report violations; and take steps needed to protect users, servers, and the platform.

9) Privacy

See /privacy for how we collect and use data. By using the Services, you consent to processing in Israel (and other regions used by our hosting providers).

10) Term & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11) Changes & Interruptions

Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, reliability, or safety reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

13) Disclaimer

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synconomy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Direct liability is capped at the greater of USD 100 or the amounts you paid in the preceding 6 months.

15) Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us from third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

16) User Data

We keep operational data (balances, logs, settings) to run the economy and features, and we perform periodic backups. You are responsible for keeping your own copies where needed.

17) Electronic Communications

You consent to receive notices electronically and agree that electronic records and signatures satisfy legal requirements for written documents.

18) California Users

If a complaint is not resolved, California residents may contact the Consumer Affairs division at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N112, Sacramento, CA 95834, (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254.

19) Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. We may assign our rights/obligations.

20) Community Guidelines

  • Follow Discord’s Terms and Community Guidelines.
  • No spam, abuse, hate, or illegal content.
  • No cheating, exploits, or automation to gain unfair advantage.
  • Respect rate-limits and API usage; do not harm service stability.
